All payments made to The Prynk Gallery, including consultation fees, deposits, and final balances, are strictly non-refundable. Due to the custom nature of our services, all gowns are made-to-order and uniquely designed for each client based on their specific requests, measurements, and event needs.

Refunds will only be issued in the rare case of an error or fault on our part, such as delivering a product that does not reflect the agreed-upon design or measurements discussed during the consultation.

By booking a consultation, placing a deposit, or making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy in full.
