​By booking with The Prynk Gallery, you agree to the following terms:

Consultations

  • All appointments must be booked online.

  • A non-refundable consultation fee is required to reserve your spot.

  • During your session, we’ll discuss your vision, pricing, timeline, and measurements (if in-person).

​

Custom Orders

  • Each dress is uniquely designed based on your style, event, and body measurements.

  • Inspiration photos are welcome, but we do not create exact replicas.

  • Every gown is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind.

​

Payments & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.

  • Final payment is due before pickup or delivery.

  • Accepted payments: [CashApp, Square, Cash]

Refund Policy

  • All payments are non-refundable, including consultations, deposits, and final payments.

  • Refunds will only be considered if there is a proven error on our part (ex: wrong design or measurements).

  • By submitting payment, you agree to this policy.

Fittings & Alterations

  • Fitting dates will be scheduled after the deposit is received.

  • Clients must attend fittings on time; rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Additional charges may apply for changes requested after final approval.

Client Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate measurements, deadlines, and event dates.

  • The Prynk Gallery is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect information or missed appointments.

Delivery & Pickup

  • Dresses will only be released after the full balance is paid.

  • Turnaround time depends on design complexity and material availability (discussed during consultation).

Design Ownership

  • All designs, sketches, and final garments remain the intellectual property of The Prynk Gallery.

  • We may use photos of the final product for our website, portfolio, and social media.

Right to Refuse Service

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who disrespects our process, policies, or team.

  • These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.
